Prepare Your Poster Abstract
- Poster title.
- Presenter name.
- Presenter email.
- Poster Abstract, may be structured or unstructured, up to 250 words. Include author list and affiliations.
- OPTIONAL: Funding disclosure(s); If your research was supported by a grant, program, foundation etc.
- Indicate 1 or 2 categories that best describe your abstract.
- We will invite 3-4 submitters to give an oral presentation. Please indicate on the form if you would like to be considered.
What To Expect if Accepted
We will reach out with poster acceptance and submission instruction.
The poster requirements are
- 36×24 inches
- Hard backing
You can either print the materials yourself or submit your file to us, and we will print it for $70.
